No partner needed. Michael T. of Michael T. Promotions teaches Latin dance classes styles like salsa and bachata. These fun social dances are a foundation in many Latino cultures, and can be useful at the next wedding you attend.

Cardio Drumming is a full body workout involving drumsticks and a yoga ball. Participants will build core and muscle strength while creating drum-style beats to a variety of upbeat Latin music all while incorporating aspects of yoga and boxing and tabata. All ages are welcome.

In place of our June First Friday, we are inviting our current volunteers
to come out to our Volunteer Appreciation Picnic!  If you volunteer in
the kitchen, at our events, for a program, etc. we want you to come
and enjoy food and fun!

Each additional attendee will be asked to pay a $5 fee.
