No partner needed. Michael T. of Michael T. Promotions teaches Latin dance classes styles like salsa and bachata. These fun social dances are a foundation in many Latino cultures, and can be useful at the next wedding you attend.

We are excited to partner with the Toledo Lucas County Public Library for Hispanic Heritage Month.
Cardio Drumming - Linda Ruiz from CENARE, will be teaching a family friendly Cardio Drumming class. Get up and move to upbeat Latin music!
Cooking Demonstrations - Staff will teach attendees how to make homemade salsa with different types of peppers using different methods.

Dia de los Muertos celebration
Cardio Drumming is a full body workout involving drumsticks and a yoga ball. Participants will build core and muscle strength while creating drum-style beats to a variety of upbeat Latin music all while incorporating aspects of yoga and boxing and tabata. All ages are welcome.
