Cardio Drumming is a full body workout involving drumsticks and a yoga ball. Participants will build core and muscle strength while creating drum-style beats to a variety of upbeat Latin music all while incorporating aspects of yoga and boxing and tabata. All ages are welcome.

Cooking Demonstrations - Staff will teach attendees how to make homemade salsa with different types of peppers using different methods.
